General Returns & Refund
Under the Japan’s consumer protection rules, you have the right to cancel your order up to 8 days after order receipt, providing the items are in their original state, unworn and with all tickets and tags attached. Returns from outside Japan will be refunded in full after the deduction of the postage costs.

3: Once we confirm the arrival of the goods, we will process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to return your TCB product and as long is it is in it’s original state we can arrange for a replacement. Please note that there will be a 4/5 week wait in case where the stock is short and the second delivery will be charged.
The custom fee can not be handled by us so that we kindly ask cutomers to take care of the custom fee when receiving the replacement.

Hemming done at the time time of ordering is final and we cannot accept any returns or offer any refunds after the hemming.
