How does the shipping cost, depending on the shipping address?

No worries, TCB takes care of the shipping no matter where! We only use EMS for the delivery company.

Does TCB offer any rigid jeans or jean jackets?

Unfortunately, TCB, at the moment, stopped offering rigid since the beginning of 2019. Since we get many messages for the rigid, we are trying our best to make the rigids again.

Any advice for the beautiful fades?

TCB crews think the best faded jeans depends on how you take but we prefer beautiful honeycombs and whiskers to flat fades. For the said fades, we'd recommend that you keep wearing a jacket or jeans at least for 6 months without washing.

How should I process the returns or refunds?

Under the Japan’s consumer protection rules, you have the right to cancel your order up to 8 days after order receipt, providing the items are in their original state, unworn and with all tickets and tags attached. Returns from outside Japan will be refunded in full after the deduction of the postage costs. For more information, please refer to our Refunds Policy" at the bottom.

We are a factory brand so it's free of charge, of course. You can write a note about your preferred inseam length and then our man, Shiba, will complete the job perfectly.
