It's our 10th anniversary and I've secretly upheld a theme, " TCB does things which we haven't been able to do." Like, the snow patterned sweat shirts made in collaboration with XX Development or the Tabby's cat stripe T-shirts made with Workers were something TCB can't make by ourselves since we don't have the facilities to actually produce.

My grandmother, who unfortunately passed away 10 years ago, had run a ramen restaurant called Oomoriya in Hokkaido (it means large portion in Japanese. No wonder how the grandson looks now, lol) and she had always worn a colorful bandana around her head. I used to see her working in that style so bandana is very much of a symbol of workers for me.

TK said, “I like LA so can I have the blue one, boss?” It might be a good idea to choose the color depending on what you like such as your football home team color etc.

Ryo went for yellow just because he was wearing a yellow beanie that day. He is an intuitive guy, basically.

My daughter, who is in love with Woody from Toy Story, selected the red and styled like him. (I did it for her, lol)

I see this only in girls’ manga but washing hands while holding a handkerchief in my mouth, which is usually done by the most handsome guy with huge and glittering eyes in mangas though. I selected green since there is a JP saying that goes ”There is unexpected good in what others have left behind.” Each one has his/her own way to add a flair to style. How would you style yours!?

■Product Description

We've made cookie patterned bandanas in reference to the vintage one from the 60's ~ 70's. The fabric is woven in Japan by the vintage shuttle loom machines so that it has the selvedge on one side, which I know every denim lover is fond of.  Speaking of the dye, each color is made exclusively as our custom-made colors and the print is done by the discharging print method, which you often see on any wabash fabrics.

Speaking of the vintage, there is a print of an elephant at the corner and the direction of its nose going upwards or downwards is one of the key details to tell when it's from but we have parodied it with our cat this time: Cat's tail going up or down;) The motifs of the cats are my beloved Tango with his tail going down and Tora with her tail going up!
